2. High Level Cholesterol Enigma

Cholesterol like fat is a chemical harmless compound in human body circulates in human blood. It is most important for the maintenance of cell membranes and cellular machinery. Besides, it performs most important functions in human body circulating in blood vessels. 


Human body requires a limited amount of cholesterol but high level cholesterol in human body causes many problems. There are two types of proteins that transport cholesterol within the blood but cholesterol prepares our body. Owing to blockage in arteries it causes high level cholesterol in human blood when it crosses the body limit it blocks arteries and thus heart attack occurs.

Lipoproteins in blood vessels help to clear away the excess amount of cholesterol from arteries. When cholesterol level will be above 3.9mmol/1the risk of heart attack will increase. 

Cholesterol directly connected with diet and some foods are rich in fats and cholesterol compounds as red meats, all milk diary items, oils, and processed food made of oils. Heavy weighed persons and smokers may suffer with high level cholesterol problem. 

Cause of High Level Cholesterol
Chromium plays a very vital role in cholesterol metabolism. Chromium is a mineral and it maintains cholesterol level in blood. Besides, chromium takes part in nucleic acid and metabolism. Chromium makes DNA blocks are found in every cell because it in it rests genetic material. 

Chromium Deficiency Result
If body is missing chromium it causes mild level of diabetes, raising blood cholesterol, it lessens glucose level in blood. These are chromium deficiency symptoms: anxiety, attention disorder, decrease sperms, depression, fatigue, hyperactivity, hyper-insulinemia, hyper-irritability. obesity and infertility.

Food Source of Chromium
Chromium is found in these vegetables and fruits: Skimmed milk powder, brown sugar, peas, soybeans, beef, oysters, spinach, brown lentils, lamb, sweat corn, chicken, potato, egg yolk, cheese, calf liver, grape juice, whole wheat bread, honey, chicken legs, apples, parsnips, bananas, carrots, almond, pistachio and nuts.

1. Chromium Sulphate 30x three times in a day 10 drops
2. Chromium Acidum 39x three times in a day 10 drops
3. Five Phos: Four tablets three times in a day
4. Geriatric Capsule: One daily after breakfast
