High blood pressure is the biggest problem of every person in modern age. But we must not afraid of it because it is not a diseases but the deficiency of calcium in our blood. In all human body 99% is calcium and it weighs at least three pounds. Our bones nails and skull all these are made of calcium.
There are two pressure of blood: up and down. Up is called systole and down is called diastole. When heart getting oxygen closes its wings to push oxygen in arties and veins, it is called systole blood pressure (up blood pressure). It becomes normally 120. But when heart opens its wings to get oxygen from lungs, it is called diastole blood pressure (down blood pressure). It becomes 80 normally in all human body.
In human body calcium controls human body’s muscles, nerve functions, blood vessels dilation and contraction and creates flexibility in veins and arteries. Calcium is most essential for blood clotting and body flexibility. But vitamin D helps absorbing calcium in human body. Our body does not create it but it is got from sunlight.
When in our blood and body calcium level becomes down so at the same time our vein and arteries starting shrinking and become hard losing flexibility and when high blood crosses in veins and arteries blood pressure becomes high due to no flexibility in vein and arteries. If it does so, there will be two things: either brain hemorrhage or heart failure.
Cause of High Blood Pressure
The main cause of high blood pressure is calcium and vitamin D deficiency. If in our body calcium and vitamin D deficiency will occur, at the same time two poisons will gather in our heart: lead and cadmium. When calcium level will be zero, a severe heart attack occurs at ones or brain hemorrhage occurs. It is most important for brain vein flexibility. It is sure therefore we must keep accurate calcium and vitamin D level in our body to enjoy good health.
Calcium Deficiency Result
When calcium levels fall down, nerves and muscles damage and skeletal muscles can spasm and along with it heart beat becomes abnormal. Bone and teeth weak, memory weak, height jams, poison lead and cadmium gather in heart.

Dairy products, meats, and seafood are excellent sources of calcium. Spinach, beet greens, beans, and peanuts are among the best plant-derived sources.
